My journey into counseling began about 20 years ago, following my personal triumph over generalized anxiety disorder. This experience, coupled with my desire to assist others, led me to develop a unique and unconventional approach to treating all forms of anxiety. Having worked with thousands of individuals worldwide, I bring a fresh perspective and effective strategies to help you find relief and regain control.

In addition to anxiety, I have extensive experience in dealing with intimacy issues, relationship dynamics, infidelity, and breakups. My approach offers a new outlook on building and restoring self-worth and self-esteem. I am particularly passionate about assisting those undergoing a crisis of philosophy, including struggles with faith, political beliefs, or other existential concerns.
