My name is Regina Randle and I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience dealing with anxiety, depression, family conflict, work-related stress, religious trauma, grief, and more. My goal as a therapist is to empower individuals, couples, and families to feel confident in their ability to manage conflict, solve problems, handle day-to-day stress, and overcome mental health related challenges. What is your approach to therapy? In treatment, I utilize an Integrative approach to care, catering to the individual needs of each of my clients. Modalities include: Person-Centered, Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Psychoeducation. At the client’s request, traditional therapeutic care can be coupled with Biblical counseling to provide the client with a deeper understanding of their experiences from a faith-based perspective. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Throughout our time together, clients report: 1) understanding their unique experiences in a better way, 2) understanding how these experiences shape their current behavior and decisions, and 3) understanding how to utilize this information... combined with learned coping skills... to help better manage challenges and achieve their mental health wellness goals. To my clients: There is the life you live, and the live you want to live. I'm here to help you bring them both into alignment.
