I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a fully licensed therapist in California. I have over 6 years of experience working with children, family, and youth in a variety of settings including group homes, special education, foster care, adoption, Outpatient, and community-based settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, interpersonal issues, trauma, bipolar, major life transitions, and learning/developmental difficulties. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma, emotional abuse, and survivors of sexual abuse.

My therapy style is warm, interactive, and client-centered. I believe in treating anyone with respect, empathy, and compassion. I believe that people are the experts of their own lives and that therapy is the container to help facilitate the growth and changes they desire. My approach combines trauma-informed, dialectical behavioral, mindfulness, strengths-based, and family-centered approaches. I collaborate with individuals to discuss their needs, concerns, and developing treatment goals to help support and guide them through their journey to wellness.
