I am licensed in Utah as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and have worked in this field for 10 years. I have experience in helping adults cope with stress, anxiety, and depression. The main belief that I work from is that you are the expert in your story and have within you the answers that you're seeking. I am here to guide you and help you find those answers for coping with your struggles and in making changes to lead a more fulfilling life. I do this by holding space for you to express your struggles and your emotions about your struggles as well as by utilizing mindfulness, ACT, and EMDR to create change in your life. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support you and to assist you in finding your empowerment in that journey.
