About
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my primary obligation is to respect the integrity and to promote the welfare of my client, whether this is through individual, couples, or family therapy. I see counseling as a process in which you, the client, and I, the counselor, having come to understand and trust one another, work as a team to explore and define present problem situations, develop future goals for an improved life and work in a systemic fashion toward realizing these goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that focuses on the practice of individual, couples, and family therapy. I have experience working with issues related to adolescents, parenting, families, adults, and addictions. I also have experience working with individuals experiencing acute and chronic mental illness. I utilize multiple modalities in working with clients as I believe no single approach works for every client. My goal is to individualize your therapy to provide you with the best possible outcome. I am also a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor for Licensed Professional Counselor Associates in the state of Texas.
