Welcome! I am happy to help you reach your life goals. I have a M.Ed. degree in counseling with school counselor certification and LPC-S licensure in the state of Texas. I have worked as a therapist for 11 years in private practice and inpatient behavioral health settings as well as school counseling for 16 years. I love working with clients to facilitate positive change. My clinical approach combines a mixture of cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and mindfulness. We will set goals and track progress of both large and small gains.

Please note that I am a part-time therapist on this platform seeing clients 1-2 days a week. I do check-in with clients between sessions and respond to weekday messages within 24 hours.
