Hello! I am a Licensed (clinical) Professional Counselor in Minnesota and Montana. I received my graduate degree from Argosy University in clinical counseling and work with both individuals and groups. I work with a variety of mental health concerns including working with adults with borderline personality disorder, traumatic brain injury, trauma, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as depression and anxiety.

I am DBT certified through Behavioral Tech and have studied the Linehan model of DBT. I use person-centered therapy, CBT and like to meet the clients where they are at. I truly believe you are the expert in your life and I am here to come along side of you and assist you to reach your goals and live a life worth living.
