I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over six years of experience in mental health and behavioral counseling for adults. With a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges, I have honed my skills in working with clients with a variety of presenting issues, including anxiety, relationship and family issues, trauma, community violence, self-confidence, and depression.

I believe that every individual's journey is unique, and approach each client with empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude. I understand that seeking help can be difficult and strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable opening up and exploring their emotions.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to each client's individual needs, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I believe in the power of collaboration between therapist and client and work together with my clients to develop effective coping strategies and achieve their goals.

In addition to my LPC license, I hold a Master's degree in Rehabilitative Counseling and completed advanced training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, and CBT - Focused Trauma treatment. I am committed to ongoing education and professional development to ensure that I can provide the highest quality of care to my clients.
