I have worked in the field of social work for about 24 years. I started doing therapy in 2010. I love working with people, hearing their stories, and helping them live their best life. I have been working with adults, teenagers, and some children for the past eleven years. I love working with adults and teenagers at this stage in my practice.
I learned how to use EMDR about 3 years ago and am currently studying internal family systems. I feel that it is important for me to continue to learn so I can better serve my clients.
