Are you striving to age in place, or are you caring for a loved one? Are you or a loved one navigating overwhelming changes and painful losses? Life transitions—both large and small—impact our daily lives and can leave us with sometimes conflicting feelings like anger, guilt, anxiety, sadness, inadequacy, and uncertainty that prohibit us from being our true selves and may even create barriers in our relationships. As your counselor, I will listen and support you on your journey as you navigate significant life changes and what it means to live life on your terms. My counseling is holistic and takes into consideration you as a whole person. You will find that my style is warm, inviting, and earnest. My goal is to build rapport with you as we collaborate to help you identify the tools and coping skills you need to move through life’s important moments.
