Welcome, I’m so glad you’ve taken this step toward improving your life. My name is April, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nebraska with over 4 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have helped people with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, relationship issues, grief, bipolar disorders, and thought disorders.

My goal is to provide you with a comfortable place to express yourself, to celebrate your successes with you, and to support you through your struggles. You can expect that I will be open and honest with you and that I will both support you and challenge you to reach your goals. In return, I expect you to show up and to put in the work to achieve your goals. I encourage you to be open and honest with me so we can get you where you want to go.

I am typically able to respond to messages at least once per day, Monday-Friday. It is very important for me to take care of myself and my own mental health so I do not typically respond to messages after work hours or on weekends/holidays.
