I am licensed in Arizona with 19 years of professional work experience in Arizona since 2004 and over 26 years as a therapist. I am Bilingual -Spanish/ English- with a history for working with a variety of cultures especially with Latinos and Native Americans. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I strongly believe r takes courage to seek a help for a more fulfilling and happier life. My scope of work includes healing the soul wound that is created by childhood or adult experiences that lead to anxiety, depression, stress, addictions, parent-child conflicts , cultural transition or other stress events.
