I am licensed in New Jersey with 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. I practice Humanistic, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), therapeutic approaches to help my clients face their own unique challenges. I believe in empowering my clients to make change by gaining self-awareness while being treated with respect, empathetic understanding and compassion. We will work together to identify your treatment goals and develop strategies to help you to cope with your situation in a healthy way and improve your quality of life.
