Antonella Re is a MHC-LP in New York. She graduated with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. Before this, she completed her undergraduate studies at Brooklyn College and earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Children & Youth Studies. During her studies at LIU, Antonella worked with various clients, including clients with schizophrenia and those in recovery for substance use. Antonella also specializes in perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, and depressive issues. She was drawn to the mental health field because she noticed the stigma that surrounds mental health and realized the need for more progressive counselors. Antonella believes that mental health is just as important as physical health and when you invest the time to taking care of your mental health, you are investing in your overall health and well-being.
