About

I am a Marriage and Family License in the State of Florida with nearly 6 years of experience working as a family counselor. I have experience working with a variety of individuals and families of all ages, however, most of my work as a therapist has been with young adults and their families. I am experienced in working with multiple issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem and confidence issues, relationship issues, trauma/PTSD. The majority of my experience as a therapist has been working with families and couple that has experienced trauma.

My approach to therapy is one that focuses on providing a supportive and collaborative environment that allows you to grow and achieve your goals. I am here to listen and care, but most importantly to challenge you on how you can grow. My main focus in modalities is cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am here to empower you and highlight your strengths so you can grow into your best self. I know how personal the therapy process can be, so I give you so much gratitude for sharing your time and energy with me. I look forward to helping you heal.
