I offer Individual, Couples, Family and Group Counseling Services. I am very compassionate and believe in a non-judgmental, open minded approach to counseling. I prioritize the needs of my clients and provide many different modalities and approaches to meet the various needs of diverse populations. I believe that every cloud has a silver lining and I am here to to bridge the gap between your needs and implementation of developed skills. I have over 20 years of experience working in the field of social services and has been a licensed clinician for over four years. I have worked with many diverse populations and has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have 10 years of experience as a Corrections Counselor. I have worked for community mental health and has treated a wide range of identified needs ranging from; substance abuse, depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Couples therapy, Trauma, ODD, ADD, SelfEsteem issues as well as impulse control and many other identified need areas. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, DBT Therapy and believes in being compassionate, non-judgmental and doing whatever is in the best interest of the client. I diligently assists clients in developing skills to assist them on their day to day functioning. I am compassionate about helping others and firmly believes in active listening during treatment.
