I am a highly experienced psychotherapist with extensive experience/ training working with individuals who struggle with Mental Health, anger, addiction, process addictions (Gambling/ Sex- Addiction) and those with co-occurring Mental Health and Addiction. Utilizing a strengths based approach along with dialectical behavioral therapy ( DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy( CBT) and mindfulness skills we will work together to address your needs. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My main goal for all of my clients is to assist them in the development of new practical tools to enhance their quality of life.
