I treat symptoms influenced by an array of factors and influences. Helping individuals develop an awareness of how thoughts, feelings, and emotions influence behavior. I like to incorporate mindfulness practices to help better recognize these influences and to help change the relationship with these thoughts or influencers. I also like to provide tools to help challenge thoughts and reframe them if that is a more desirable skill set one would like to acquire. I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space that creates an environment for learning, growth, and an opportunity to be the best version of oneself that can be imagined.
