I have spent a great deal of time supporting individuals to find healing and move forward in reaching their goals. I feel incredibly humbled to be able to come alongside others and be a part of their journey toward healing and wholeness. I try to meet each individual where they are with respect, empathy, and hope for growth and recovery. I tailor my approach specifically to your struggles and to who you are as a person. My approach as a Marriage and Family Therapist is to work with you to explore new solutions that are both personally meaningful and have a long-term impact.
