Who am i and what can i offer you? i am you! the person i was in the past was a pretty sour fella. addicted to my own self-destructive tendencieswrought with feelings of failure and shame. but when i realized staying stuck with self-destructive tendencies wrouth with feelings of failure and shame, wasn't a good idea, i came up with an even better idea, . . . and it worked. regardless of your challenge in life, from professional to personal, i know the one and only way out. i am a brain/based, trauma-based, wellness-based psychotherapist and life coach. at times i will be engaged, empathetic, and consoling through those difficult times. then there are times when i have to invite you to one of the "come to jesus," sessions. the purpose of that session is to kick your ass into gear about what you're not doing, pure and simple. i will tell you want you want me to tell you, but in every damesecond, in every damn minute of our hour, you can bet on it that i will always tell you what you need to hear. we ain't in this to go backwards, doing what you've always done is what got you here, so it clearly isn't the way out. but i got a better idea. 1 session is all i ask.
