About

I currently see both individuals and couples across a broad spectrum of issues: infidelity, pornography, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, communication challenges, intimacy barriers, spiritual matters, etc. I find that many folks are seeking healthy ways to express themselves, forgive others, and find peace within. Talking with someone who is trained to help in these matters can provide a way forward to more fulfilling relationships and a more satisfying life.
If I had to pick a speciality, I would say I specialize in "connection;" connection with others (relationship), connection with a healthier you (restoration), and, if applicable, connection with God (redemption). Additionally, since moving to the St Louis area, I am licensed in both AZ and MO and can provide tele-therapy to folks in both states!
At this stage in my life, I have been made stronger through many challenges; not only stronger, but more understanding of others and what they're going through. I'd like to think these experiences have given me wisdom, greater empathy, and a desire to help facilitate healing in whatever way it's needed. I invite you to reach out and begin the process.
