Hello, My name is Anthony Beard, I have 17 years experience as a Youth Minister, 7 years as a trashman and 4 years experience as a therapist. If you are dealing with any for of proverbial garbage, I am the therapist for you. I understand the human complexities of life, I would enjoy linking with you on your journey of discovery and healing. I grew up in rural Oklahoma, which drives my passion for helping the rural community. I understand the work/home life experience. While working in the trash industry I went to graduate school for my Masters. My treatment approach is eclectic by nature, as I want to use what works for you at that moment in time. The theories I pull from are Solution Focused, Client Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also use some DBT. I like to help you gain control of the symptoms you are currently experiencing while using the Holistic Approach and finding the root of the emotion/feelings causing the symptoms.
