Life can be overwhelming, stressful and just simply confusing at times. The approach that I take in counseling is individualized, as in not one person’s “problem” is exactly the same as the next person. I take a dive into who you are, where you came from, and where you want to go and created a personalized plan to living happier. Counseling is not a “quick fix” solution, it requires continuous effort and dedication. I will utilize your strengths, positive qualities and past successes to motivate you to live your IDEAL life. Although we cannot change the past, we CAN work together on your individualized goals.
