I am licensed in Washington with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, end of life issues & coping with life changes. I use a relational and strengths based approach to treatment. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
