I'am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician with over twenty-five years of experience. I have worked effectively with people suffering from depression, anxiety and the grieving process as well as coaching individuals with career decisions, unhealthy relationships, as well as chronic illness. My work is a synthesis of all of my training in traditional psychodynamic therapy as well as my extensive training in Energy/Spiritual Therapies. I like to integrate either some simple deep breathing exercise or stress reducing meditation techniques. I believe in the inherent wisdom we possess to address our issues and bring resolution to these stumbling blocks so that we may live more productive and creative lives. Every session is tailored to your specific needs and you decide the pace of this work.
