Hi! My name is Anni and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years experience providing therapy services. I have worked in a variety of settings and roles in the mental health field, but most recently have been working in an outpatient recovery oriented clinic providing individual and group psychotherapy. I work with clients affected by depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use, trauma, and experiencing various relationship and life stressors.

My approach to therapy is person centered and non-judgmental, where clients are the expert in their own life and in the driver’s seat of treatment. I offer a collaborative, solution focused approach to help clients identify their strengths and achieve treatment goals. I utilize various treatment modalities such as cognitive behavior therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to support their work in treatment.

I also believe in taking a truly holistic approach to wellness. When pertinent and sought in treatment, I can provide support integrating nutrition and lifestyle changes to gain and better understand the connection to our mental health and improve management of symptoms.
