A licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience I have worked in a number of settings including hospitals, schools, courts, clinics and agencies. Nonjudgmental and empathic therapeutic approaches are used to support you dealing with a variety of social, emotional and environmental challenges. My area of practice is primarily with adults. I help you with career concerns, trauma, anger management, domestic violence, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and bereavement counseling to name a few.

I use a combination of methods and techniques consistent with my level of training and expertise. Mood disorders such as depression, adjustment and anxiety disorders are among my areas of specialization.
