For 16 years, I've worked with teens, soldiers in psychiatric units, prisoners, and residents of nursing homes. I also train counselors how to work with prisoners who have experienced trauma, gender dysphoria, severe and persistent mental illness and psychosis. The self-injury program I developed helped most of of the participants to reach their goals of reduction or secession of self-injury.

I like to incorporate art, music, journaling and physical activities combined with evidenced based therapies into sessions and homework. Homework assignments help clients to remain on the path to wellness, and it serves as a reminder that they are moving forward. Clients should sense that they are not judged and that they will have the freedom to make mistakes as they move forward towards their destination of optimal mental wellbeing.

My primary hours are 8pm-11pm USA EST during the week, and I open hours for current clients early mornings and on weekends according to their schedule.
