About

I have been a counselor for 25 years and have enjoyed working with many people. I have much experience in working with people who have anxiety, depression, abuse and trauma to name a few issues. I have also worked successfully with many couples and families. I enjoy people and work well with people from all walks of life. I have a non judgmental, respectful approach with everyone and my theoretical approaches are strong in client centered therapy, reality therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
