It can be challenging to cope with the stress of every day life, to manage strong emotions, and to maintain a healthy sense of self-worth, self-esteem, and motivation. These are common concerns that often inspire people to seek guidance.

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in Massachusetts with over 10 years of experience in counseling and crisis management. I have a background in psychology and received my Master's degree in Clinical Social Work at Boston College. I have worked with clients on issues related to child welfare, family conflict, intimate relationships, juvenile offenders, veteran readjustment, suicide prevention, and trauma. I have met with a diverse populations of individuals in a variety of settings including offices, hospitals, prisons, and the home environment, and have integrated their partners and families in the work we have done together.

During our time together, I will create an atmosphere in which you feel comfortable enough to bring up whatever is on your mind. I utilize various techniques including a strengths-based approach, interpersonal therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Our discussions will help you alleviate the problems that led you to treatment. Throughout our work together, you will be an active participant in cultivating your goals and monitoring your progress. At every step, I will listen and offer support and guidance.
