Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've been working since 2003 as a therapist in an outpatient clinic and K-12/higher education settings. I’ve seen clients of all ages/stages with many different concerns and life challenges.

Therapy is a place where you can be heard, given space to try new skills and gain insight into patterns that are working or not working for you. We all feel stuck or lost sometimes. I believe there is always a path forward and will work to help you find it. I come from an open, nonjudgmental place, ready to meet you where you are. Congratulations on taking this first step!
