Hello,

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been providing therapeutic support to clients for 15 years. I am a gentle and kind therapist who listens without judgement and helps clients feel comfortable opening up. I help clients create lasting changes in their lives and successfully accomplish their goals. I shape my work around each client's needs and preferences and can modify my approach as needed for each individual.

Therapy can be tough, but I want you to enjoy your progress as you work with me! If you have a great sense of humor and believe that laughter is the best medicine I may be a good fit for you :). We will tailor our approach to your needs and preferences. I am experienced with solution focused brief therapy, so if you are looking for shorter term counseling I can do that for you! If you prefer a structured process with lots of education, homework, very specific goals and benchmarks I am happy to do this for you. If you prefer to simply meet once per week and talk, we can do that too.

I specialize in supporting people with dual diagnoses and those with disabilities. I have a lot of experience helping people with autism. I have worked for the Veteran's hospital and have experience working with veterans. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders, grief, trauma and many other issues. I have extensive experience with vocational counseling, so if you are having difficulty with your work, or work life balance, I can help you!
