Hello!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and maintain licenses in both North Carolina and Maine. I have over 13 years of experience working in the field. I have extensive experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and couples related issues. I believe the most important part of counseling is the relationship between the client and counselor and pride myself on taking the time needed to fully get to know each client and modify my approach based on our working relationship. I do not believe that a "one fits all” approach is effective and work together with clients to develop goals that are attainable. I am gentle yet direct and enjoy this work tremendously. I look forward to getting to know you better and helping you learn how to make changes that will result in a more meaningful life.
