I have experience in helping adults and teeangers with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & career difficulties. I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan with 8 years of professional work experience using a variety of techniques including but not limited to solution focused brief therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
