I am a Marriage & Family Therapist, licensed in California, who has worked with a variety of populations and issues in the past 5 years. I attended Eastern University in St. Davids, PA where I received a B.A. in Psychology & Sociology. Then I attended California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA where I received a M.S. in Counsleing Psychology. I became licensed in November of 2016.

I have worked with adults with addiction issues, as a school therapist for Kindergarten thru High School aged children, and also in a private practice setting with children, adults, couples & families. I have helped individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, social anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, career concerns, ADHD, phase of life issues, and many more issues.

I enter into my sessions with an empathetic and open attitude and enjoy being very interactive with my clients. My approach combines several theoretical perspectives but I most commonly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I always tailor my method, based on the client I am seeing, and provide specific interventions and strategies for their needs.
