Hi and welcome! My name is Anne Calame and I am happy you are here. It takes courage to start this journey. I have over 15 years of experience working with clients with a variety of challenges. I specialize in supporting clients during life transitions, relationship struggles, and depression and anxiety. Together, we will create counseling goals to tailor your treatment to best meet your needs. I believe the counseling relationship is a collaboration and believe you are the expert of your own life. It is an honor to get to know you and your unique strengths. I also believe each individual possesses unique strengths and creative abilities to solve their own problems. I look forward to walking along beside you during this process. My approach is evidence-based and I will make sure you have tools you can apply to support your wellness journey.
