Greetings! My name is Anne Blake and I have been working in mental health for over 25 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, with all different kinds of people. I joined Find A Therapist so that I could focus on my clients, not administrative paperwork. I am very eclectic in my approach to therapy. I work to find the best treatment modality, or a combination of modalities for each individual. I am very engaged with people during therapy, I collaborate with each individual, and make suggestions rather than tell them what to do.

I attended Framingham State College and earned my Master’s degree at Lesley College in Cambridge, MA. I am licensed in Massachusetts to perform Mental Health Counseling and Alcohol and Drug Counseling.
I was trained and Art Therapy. I am very engaged in the therapeutic process and interact fully and frequently with with my clients. I am excited to have more contact with clients using telehealth, asynchronous messaging, text, and by telephone. I like Find A Therapist’s approach to this new new kind of therapy. I utilized many of these methods of communication during COVID and discovered that people liked it, and found it to be very helpful. I am excited to work in this new approach to mental health, and invite you to join me on this journey.
