I am a client-centered, strengths-based therapist. Being entrusted with a person’s inner struggles is a privilege. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Each age brings a unique experience. As a neurodivergent individual with ADHD, I enjoy a variety of hobbies in my downtime. I spend my time in nature, gardening in my yard, creating art, and with my two children. Curing up on the couch with a blanket while snuggling my two cats is a great way to relax.
