I am a licensed mental health counselor and Reiki Practitioner who is committed to helping others achieve optimal health and wellness. I am an experienced practitioner who has had the opportunity to work with people from all parts of the globe from varied socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Embracing these opportunities has brought great richness and insight into my practice and has enhanced my experience as a therapist and a fellow human being. I believe in your bodies’ ability to heal itself and I will support you in your efforts to experience deep release and peace within.
