Hi Everyone. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Pennsylvania with 23 years of professional work experience. I have worked with clients of all ages presenting with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, grief and loss, as well as severe trauma due to physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse.

My first priority with every client is to establish a safe environment where the client feels welcomed, respected, and unconditionally accepted. My therapy style is warm and engaging, sensitive and compassionate, with a touch of humor when appropriate. I use an eclectic approach to meet my clients' needs, including cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and psychodynamic therapy.
