I provide professional counseling services, integrated with a holistic approach that emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit. As a yoga and mindfulness teacher for the last 18 years, I often incorporate several spiritual practices into my therapy sessions. As a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, I work with individuals, couples along with South Asian and African American families dealing with issues related to generational trauma to identity formation and assimilation. I am EMDR trained and Trauma-informed Yoga teacher.
