Hello! My name is AnnaRose and I am licensed in Rhode Island with 4 years of professional work experience in a variety of settings. Over the last several years I worked at a post traumatic stress center. Working with clients who dealt with PTSD, anxiety, depression and a plethora of other difficulties and diagnoses. I also have experience working with young kids, adolescents and emerging adults. I dive into helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflict and trauma, physical and emotional abuse, depression, life transitions, chronic stress and overall bumps in the road on this journey of life. Although I primarily do talk therapy I also like to incorporate my expressive arts background if that feels accessible and helpful to the client. Not all communicate verbally and I like to provide whatever works best for the person sitting in front of me. It is truly difficult to “get things out”, to talk about them and to explore them in a different way. I am here to create the safest place I can be being non-judgmental, present and open while also providing feedback and concrete ways to heal and grow.
