Hi there, I'm Annalisa! Hi! I am Annalisa Baez, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about supporting my clients through challenges and helping individuals heal and grow! My approach My approach is focused on you the client. You will be met with a therapist that meets you where you are and together determine the course of care. Additionally, I use cognitive behavioral approach and solution-focused approaches. My focus I work with a range of clients and specialize in substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. Also relationship issues, work/life issues, and family issues. My communication style When working with me you will be met with a supportive and authentic individual. My journey to therapy As an immigrant to this country, my family struggled with fitting into our new home. These challenges were difficult. Coming from a culture that did not encourage mental health care I felt it was important for me to do this work. It has been my life's passion. My goals for you In setting goals we will collaborate on the direction of care. My first session with you During our first session, we will work on developing a rapport and I will get to know you and your needs better.
