About
I am Anna Stosich, a highly passionate and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). It is my mission to enable healing for everyone through therapy, everyone deserves to feel at peace, energetic, and whole. My approach In my practice, I help people process difficult emotions and traumas with an integrative and holistic approach. Anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma can show up differently in everyone and is not always as obvious as you'd think. You might find yourself in a rough season of life where your normal coping tools are not bringing you relief. Or maybe you are noticing old memories or feelings coming back that are starting to preoccupy you and negatively affect your relationships and overall functioning. Or perhaps you are noticing ways in which you are acting out, but later regretting, yet not being able to break out of the patterns. While these are all common reactions to life stressors, they are not necessarily normal to experience on a consistent basis - you do not have to suffer in these ways. You deserve support - you can heal and find relief. I provide an integrative approach for the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, and relational stressors. I work from a somatic perspective, which incorporates the wisdom of your body into the therapeutic process. I draw from somatic practices including hypnotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness. My focus I work with young to older adults with a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship changes, life changes, trauma, eating disorders, and grief. My communication style My intention as a therapist is to provide a calm, safe, and empathetic space to support you on your path to deeper healing, resulting in a life that reflects your worth. My journey to therapy I am honored to be a therapist and feel incredibly privileged to be with people on their healing journey.
