I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist working in NJ. I specialized in working with adolescents and adults in areas such as anxiety, anger management, depression, and life transitions. I am dually licensed in mental health and substance abuse, I enjoy working with individuals through varying unique challenges.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I apply an integrative psychodynamic approach, I will match your energy and will be honest and transparent through our work together. We will developing a treatment plan specific to your unique goals and objectives exploring different coping skills and techniques.
