I believe that strong therapeutic relationship is the fundamental basis for the work in therapy. For this relationship to develop, respect, empathy, and trust must be the foundations. My goal as a therapist is to support my clients, working collaboratively and accompanying them in identifying and developing coping skills in order to move toward positive change. I have experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, loss issues, co-occurring disorders, stress, and life transitions. I treat clients from preteen through adulthood and help them with behavioral issues, substance abuse, relationships, self-esteem, career counseling, spirituality, and women’s issues.
