Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas. I have 3 years of clinical experience and 7 years of collective social work experience working with adults and teens. I have experience in helping clients with a variety of presenting concerns including stress and anxiety, depression, & coping with life changes.

My counseling style is interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My counseling approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also happy to incorporate a Christian faith-based approach, if that is something you are seeking. The sessions will be tailored to meet your specific needs.
