I enjoy working with adults, teens, and adolescents who are seeking guidance to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and daily life challenges. I use a supportive, person-centered approach coupled with cognitive/behavioral techniques to address client concerns. What is your approach to therapy? I believe that everyone has a unique story and that each person deserves an individual approach to their specific situation. Taking time to develop good rapport and getting to know each individual is paramount to developing a strong counseling relationship. Together, I work with clients to develop a treatment plan that works best for their specific needs. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Using an eclectic approach, I strive to provide a welcoming environment in which clients feel at ease and heard. Ideally, this will encourage clients to share their thoughts and needs and to gain greater insight into the issues at hand. I appreciate client feedback as we work together on their journey.
