Hi, I'm Anna. Do you feel the stressors of life weighing you down? Are you feeling like the way you've usually coped is not working for you anymore? I help people struggling with life on life's terms. Sometimes it's the buildup of life's events. Sometimes it's the ghosts of the past still whispering criticisms. Sometimes it's incongruence between your values and your actions. Sometimes it's a culmination of all of these. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, anger, addictions...or all you know is you're not feeling well and could use someone to talk to, I'm here to help. You are just as deserving as anyone to have support, and are making a healthy choice to seek therapy.
