I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky with over 4 years of experience working as a mental health counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of conditions including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, OCD, mood disorders, personality disorders and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is insightful with authenticity. I value quality over quantity; interactions with me are based in neutral, unbiased, nonjudgmental, encouragement and emotional support. I practice from an eclectic theoretical approach; It is a flexible and multifaceted approach to therapy that allows me to use the most effective methods available to address individual needs.

It takes courage to be vulnerable, to ask for help or to make change. Humans are social creatures, not intended to get through life on our own.
